Traffic picking up through the morning mostly going in the other direction - a queue of 6 at Hack Green Locks by 11am.Through Hurleston locks by 1.30pm - the hill very busy and plenty of mingling crew as boats were worked through.
Sun coming back out and temperature rising appreciably.
